Mom visits us in Hawaii

Dec. 2012

She almost didn’t make it…work, money, it all started to be a factor.
I got really upset at what I thought was her own sabotage. She finally made it happen.

She’s happy she did

This was another level of healing
another level of forgiveness, understanding and depthness

Her partner, Carlos came first
15 days later, after so much argument! she came
They first stayed in a tent in our garden
then moved to Becca’s house

She loved it here of course
We took many little hikes
She broke her arm while walking to the Mermaid Pond!
She hitchhiked, heard the coqui’s singing and tasted a little bit of paradise

Hallelujah! Such a good time!

WA WA’A HIKE TO THE PONDS

We hiked all the way to the 1st pond and enjoyed the water… it was pretty calm that day. On our way out to the second pond, my mom fell down and broke the bones of her forearm. She was in pain and I didn’t know what to do. She wrapped her arm in a bandana to her neck and that was it. We returned to the car and drove home. For the next few days, we iced her forearm, put Arnica on it and eventually and with patience, it healed itself! without needing to go to the Dr. My mom is one strong woman… and I I’m not so sure if that is a good thing sometimes…
